Tastes like heaven. Is there anything better than DQ soft serve? This place gets it right every time. For those of us that went with a classic with a twist and those that got the new favorites, we were all living our best life.

Management is rude and inexperienced. Visited 5/24/21 and watched an approx 24 year old young man (said he was the manager) berate and kick out a couple because they didn't have masks on. When the "manager" stated he will not serve them because they do not have masks on,, the customer asked if they had a mask for his wife and himself to wear. The manager said "No you need to leave now!". There was a crowd in the lobby (approx 10 people), it was embarrassing us and we weren't the ones being shamed into leaving. It's almost as if he enjoyed abusing that couple. I have been visiting this location for years. I have overlooked the disgusting floors and sticky countertops marking it up to the fact that it is an ice cream parlor. If this is the caliber of employee that they wish to hire, it makes you wonder who upper management is? I will not be returning anytime soon.

It feels like a mom and pop run Dairy Queen. I always feel so welcome and taken care of- and though I don’t know them personally I’ve seen them treat their regulars like family. It’s great

I ate here dozens times and did not have the experience of other reviewers' stated experiences. Everything I got was enjoyable and service was always very good. I think of them as busy or having things they need to accomplish. If my order is correct and quick I am not concerned with greetings or small talk. My feeling is very good fast food. I like the fact that there is always enough parking, multiple driving entry/exit points, medium sized restaurgvvant and for this person, relaxing.It is a Dairy Queen you could bring 50 friends and still have seating to spare. Today I had as good a Banana Split I have ever eaten. The staff of four are totally pleasant and warm. I am not close to this location. With the Banana Split being 5 star I tried a Coffee Malted Milk Shake. Staff are helping and communicators. The person ask me if non caffeine was okay? Very few people can properly make a good Coffee malted milk shake but they had a different expert for that and I feel it was perfect!
