The service was horrible you get ignored pretty much the whole time they don't know how to make their food or read a screen had to have one sandwich remade three times and when I called the manager they pretend to like they weren't the manager this place is trash and they should fire people and shut it down

All Carl's Jr food is good at all locations. This location is also great tasting. Employees are polite and try to please however, on my last visit only 1 person was at front register while manning the drive through window as well as bagging the meals, serving the to go drivers (doordash, Uber, grubhub)serving the ice cream, drinks, shakes and desert. He seemed annoyed but, did his best to hide it.

Been there three times in the past 30 days 30 to 45 minutes before closing and they never answer the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and the employees working just ignore me. I'm not going back to that location ever again.

I appreciate being able to get a good vegetarian burger at a fast food restaurant. Kudos to Carl's Jr. for being one of the first chains in Tucson to offer this.
