Was told to pull around and they’d bring my order out to me, waited in pickup area for 30 mins for two hot and spicys while everyone else was having there orders brought to them. Do better

Had hash brown and fries sitting in warmer for the entire time I was there with no customers (almost 10 min). And I waited by the register until they finished their conversation and laughing. I was not greeted properly and this was by the manager. And not a single attempt at an upsell while it was empty in store and drive thru.

Place is so bad this person right here was so rude smoking on the phone waited 10 minutes to order was being rude while doing so the lady in the green so rude never comin here again she won't even give the workers a break pretty sure that's the manager an it's sad if u ask me pretty sure she was high her pupils we're like a pen dot please go to a different location also does 2 big Mac meals an a shake 35 bucks

This location is run down. No matter what you order, they request you pull to a parking space and they will bring it out. For those unaware this is was originally designed (for bigger orders) so they can keep the line moving and quickly services the next car (which may just have fries or a drink). Unfortunately this procedure is abuse by fast food everywhere to keep there drive thru times down. The second you pull to the order menu, a timer starts. It tracks (how long to order, how long it takes them to respond and most importantly how long till your car pulls out). Longer times show up to the district manager and managers are questioned on long waits. Unfortunately, employees now pull even simple orders out front. This particular time, only one car behind me, plus a car already waiting out front when I went out to wait. I waited for 10 minutes for a stupid iced Carmel coffee. Finally went in and it was sitting there (someone to lazy to bring it out). The car next to me finally had their food brought out as I was getting back into my car. Do better McDonalds, it's not gourmet food, it should be fast food.
