So, I order from Grubhub, pretty frequently, and I ordered Wendy's today, now, I enjoy Wendy's so much. But, most of the time, that I order from them something always seems to go wrong with my order leaving me somewhat unsatisfied. I ordered, for mayonnaise to be put in my burgers and I got two cups full of mayonnaise, and that was not pleasant to see. I ordered a junior meal and I got a large drink for one of my orders. I wanted a combo meal and was only offered the option to have a small one and I wanted it to be a large. I asked my driver to ask them for no ice in my drinks and my drive did, ask, and the attendee told my driver there wasn't a lot of ice in my drinks and they wouldn't fix my drinks, for her. When I received my drinks they were watered down and after removing the ice myself from my cups my drinks were half full. I tried calling the location and it seemed to me that when I called the location the phone was answered and immediately hung up I called three time. I am an unsatisfied customer. With this location I don't deserve to have this negligent treatment, not when I am the paying customer. I was offered a partial refund through Gurbhub. But, none-the-less this location needs better customer service skills.

what a great experience I had eating lunch at this location. The remodel was nice and I felt as though I was in a "higher tier" restaurant. Food was good and the new fries were amazing. Soda fountain was out of a few selections (unfortunately my choices) but I can't knock them too hard for that.

So frustrated. We went to get dinner, and i love Wendy's. Ordered a number one plan with mayo and NO cheese. (I'm allergic.) Confirmed NO cheese on order screen, and confirmed again with lady at the window. Got home to eat and found my burger had cheese. Sadly, this is not the first time. It's a common occurance. Might have to stop eating at Wendy's in Tucson because they keep trying to make me sick. Very disappointed.
