Came on Wedensday April 27th in the morning time through the Drive-thru & the customer service was Great. I had a pretty large order & had to pull over to wait for my food but they brought it pretty fast AND they didn't forget ANY of the order. Which I VERY much appreciate & is something I ALWAYS Look out for. BUT the ONLY thing I was disappointed about (& im pretty sure it might not be there fault but is probably the ice cream machines fault) is My vanilla shake i ordered was VERY melted & warm & NOT the cold, Thick, yummy shake they are well known for. Not a huge deal, but just thought they should know. But the most important things, they nailed. Thank you & good job. π

It was good and interesting food choices. Their egg rolls are great. Regular sandwiches are average. We ate there three times. They have a bit of an issue with inventory supply.

Every weekend there is something else wrong why they canβt take our business. Just close early if you never take orders after 10PM. It looks like (from all the reviews) that something is serious broken at this location. Either there there is no employee support or your employee are consistently doing anything they can to lose you business. Since I think the best in people, itβs seems safe to assume you are putting your people in a losing situation and itβs been happening for months.

I came through the drive thru and Danielle helped me. She said they were out of Dr Pepper, asked what else I would like and before I could answer she said "hold on" then she closed the windows and started yelling at another employee, Roger. I really don't like seeing people treated this way. I don't know what was going on but there are much better ways to handle your stress. I urge corporate to please look into this and maybe talk to her about how she is treating other people. If this can't be resolved then she needs to be let go or find another job. Roger was not being hostile back with her at all. Regardless, Roger did not deserve to be yelled at no matter what was going on. The only reason I gave this 3 stars was because the food is always good and the drive thru is always quick. I took away 2 stars because I saw one of your employees disrespect another employee. Take care of this situation immediately. I expect much better treatment for your employees. Hostility should never be tolerated in the work place
