The budtenders here are always happy to share their knowledge on brands and strains. The security guards are also super helpful and polite too. They also have a loyalty program and have vet discounts. Love it here !

This was my first time visiting the dispensary. Rene was so knowledgeable and friendly he really took the time to help me and explain everything to me. Also Anthony was very courteous and knowledgeable. I can’t wait to try the sleep aid gummies!

They were completely uncooperative. I come from a long distance and wanted to make sure a product was available. I stopped the day before to buy a few grams to help me decide what it was I wanted. I checked and made sure they had an adequate supply and in spite of this I was told they did not have it for sale. The last time I had a problem with this they actually gave me a different product attempting to claim it was the same thing I had purchased the night before as a sample. To bed at one time this was a good place to go but after these two incidents I certainly won’t be going there anymore

Upon arrival it looked like a madhouse with people coming and going but everything ran like a well oiled machine. Everyone working was really helpful and friendly. 1st time to this shop and the pretty lady in the glasses was very knowledgeable on the brands this shop carried for recreational use. Prices were good IMO. In and out in less than 15mins.

Not that I'm aware of. They do carry cartridges though. Give them a call they are SUPER nice and will be able to tell you for sure :)

Why doesn't the "the prime leaf" back their products? I had two defective cartridges and she said that's just how it is. I'm pretty sure I will not go back. They made me feel like I was trying to scam them.

The Prime Leaf does back all of our products with direct support from our vendors. We only carry cartridges that are 100% guaranteed by the manufacturer, meaning we can always exchange a defective cartridge. We may ask a few troubleshooting questions to make sure it's not a battery issue, etc. but we're always happy to swap out any malfunctioning or broken cartridge.
