If you're recreational, the place to go. Medical, wait forever, employees trained for recreational sales only. I literally had an online order and had to wait at least 15 minutes for someone to do my medical order. Was no lines and about 5 customers max. Used to be my spot, I live close by, but now I will take the drive just for better customer service.

The bud was fine, but the bud tenders (cashier, whatever) was extremely rude and un helpful. The customer service is terrible here. I'm not going to be coming back here. Every other dispensary I have been to has had helpful, polite, and nice bud tenders except this one. I will no longer be giving them my business. If you want good customer service go to Earth's healing or any other place for that matter.

Cash only but they have 2 ATMs with a $3.00 fee. But, yeah, almost 3 hours and go early for edibles.
Update: I went Sunday 01-31-2021 as I had to and figured early a.m. would be good, esoecially on Sunday morning. Nope, on the not busy but with a major caveat. The line for recreational was around 60-80 people. Parking was horrid, I just got lucky as car pulled out right as I reached lot. That was my ONLY obstacle to over come. I found out that if you have medical card you go into the medical line. This is separate from recreational and is given first priority. So recreational, still long with wait. Medical, just as fast if not faster than before, only issue really is parking. Respect the neighbor My experience since recreational use started has been a little frustrating but I knew rhat would happen. I went mid morning aound 10 am or so and I was STUNNED at the traffic and line. When I went very early morning (they open at 6 am) and it was very different, with wait time as before and no lines. I don't know if this is true every day, but I would guess that would hold true. Good luck 👍
