LOVE the SIMUTEK team, their humor, community care and expertise! I am grateful for an alternative to the Mac store. Support Local. For over 15 years the SIMUTEK staff and store have helped me navigate the ever changing world of tech. As a freelance photographer who lived in Chihuahua I had to replace my mac book battery. I've bought 2 laptops, and repaired and upgraded my imacs. The staff has helped me find affordable solutions to fit my freelancer budget helping me to keep in the running to do my creative work as a photographer in an ever changing world. The SIMUTEK staff is knowledgable, offering insight and expertise. It's never been a hard sell but rather community care for us who are older doing our best to keep up in the ever fast pace rate of new tech and updating programs.Their insight to troubleshoot has been so helpful during the pandemic living in Bisbee. Recently I had a meltdown after an offshore Adobe tech told me I needed an expensive graphic card to just do photoshop. Their staff offered assurance and calm guidance. I suggested they add tech counseling to their phone menu. Simutek ROCKS!!! THANK YOU FOR YEARS OF GREAT GUIDANCE AND APPLE CARE; )

Everyone is so terrific . the guardian is great. just got a new Mac book and Luke helped me so much. He calmed me down and could help me so much using the guardian . I is like having personal instructor. Thank you all for being patient all the time and answering all my questions. Best place to get individual help.

On numerous occasions over the years I have relied on Simutek to get my Mac products working at top level again. They've always been fair in pricing and thorough in their service. I have also bought used equipment there that were a great value, and I have recommended Simutek to friends needing a computer or service. Excellent people working there.

Yes we are open from 10am to 6pm weekdays and 10 to 4 on Saturdays.
Sorry we don't sell home theater equipment. You may have some luck calling one of the manufacturers and asking for a local reseller.
We can provide delivery and set up services on a new iMac. We can recycle the old unit as well. You can call 520-321-9077 to schedule an appointment.
We are not open on Sundays. Sorry for an inconvenience. We do have same day delivery and remote support services if getting to the store during the week is difficult.
They can handle it no problem!
It can be repaired, but the cost can be high if the casing is damaged along with the screen. The best option is to bring it into the store 10am to 6pm Monday thru Friday and we can evaluate the extent of the damage and estimate repair costs.
From 80$ up to 100$
Sorry I don't know any one that repairs those units regularly. We have worked on various electronics over the years and can take a look at it for you, but can not guarantee a solution.
