Giving a star only because I have too. A pharm Tech, Scott is a very rude tech there. He over speaks you, and denies you when you speak up about being over spoken. Also trys to claim is the pharmacy manager when in fact that is incorrect. He needs to learn some bedside manners. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

I needed an open pharmacy at 5:45 a.m. Google showed at least two 24 hour Walgreens pharmacies in my area (Tucson, AZ). The sign on the store front says, "24H Pharmacy," yet there was not one on duty. Business 101 - If you can't keep pharmacists, maybe your corporate folk should figure out why there aren't more pharmacists either available or willing to work during the early morning hours, and correct the problem...

For a 24 hour pharmacy, their hours are rarely actually 24 hours. They're frequently closed at 9 PM and not open in the mornings either. Ive been waiting 2 weeks for a script to be filled and now can't even pick up my medication as they're closed "temporarily" with no indication of when they'll be open again. If you need a 24 hour pharmacy, a drive to a farther one is worth not dealing with the inconsistencies.

Very poor experience.No customer skills whatsoever. Rude staff. No compassion. Cheryl the PharmacyTech exhibited very rude behavior by being abrupt, inconsiderate , and having no compassion for others. Generally people visiting the 24 hours pharmacy are not feeling well and a little compassion goes along way. These people seem very burnt out and rushed. Put some CARE back in healthcare .
