What a fantastic little shop. The guys at the door were strict with id and coming in but cool and helpful. Great selection with an array of price points. Convenient and very sweet location in a landmark building which helps the city maintain some history and character in the area. I was and am very happy with my purchase.

I order just one item (1/8 of flower) at 10:44AM, received a confirmation text at 11:40AM. At 12:30 PM I had to reach out to the shop via Chat on Leafly. Never received a response or an update on my order. I eventually canceled the order at 1:35 due to the wait time and lack of communication. Instead of replying and explaining the situation (as someone with customer service knowledge would know to do), my order was just cleared out of the system. What is the point in online order? This shop makes me reconsider even renewing my medical card because they seem to have forgotten the importance of patient care. You may like to smoke weed for fun, but some of us need our medicine for medical purposes. Today, you guys failed your patient...but seems like that is the norm over here. Not sure how or who voted for this shop as #1 but its definitely at the bottom of the list. Terrible experience for a 1st time visitor to this location. Back to Earth's Healing we go!

I have been doing curbside pick up since it's been offered & absolutely loved it. I was disappointed when told they had planned to stop offering curbside pick up BUT I was told they offer delivery services. How awesome & super easy to do. Communication is great & accommodated my schedule to help me out. These guys are fantastic! Gustavo is an awesome employee & super representative for the company. Thanks Guys for such great service both Downtown & D2!!

The people behind the glass that wait on you and cash you out are awesome and friendly, and so are the doormen. That's the best part of this store. The items I have bought there have been eh- and they are more pricey than Prime Leaf or Bloom.
