Normally they have exactly what I need at the price I need. The staff was helpful and maybe I was explaining what I needed wrong. But he kept telling me to go to the trailer wiring wall when I obviously already looked there. Once he looked up what I needed the price was outrageous. If you need specific wiring harness it's better to go somewhere else.

Always the best service and within pennies of the best price if they aren't the cheapest (which they almost always are). They even tell me what other years/makes/models use the part you're looking for, in case you want to try and find it at pull-a-part or some place similar. Ultimately, I end up going with O'Reilly's more often than not, just because of the service, and because I know if I have an issue with a part, they will always make it right. In 20 years, they have never let me down. Wish the same could be said for my kids...

Didn't have all the parts my dad needed, but super amazing service! Gave me a chair to sit on inside while my dad worked on the car a bit while I played on the PokeStop since the AC gave out on the car. XD Incredibly sweet of them. :) And the other reviewers certainly make this a nice place for me to come to again if I ever need to get parts myself. :D
