Yesterday was one of the best days for rain I’ve seen for Tucson and unfortunately one of my headlights went out as well as my windshield wipers not working. I would like to thank this place for helping out my car and shout out to Oscar and Jose for helping even in slight rain. Will definitely come back!👍

Kendra you have horrible customer service! Just asked about a battery, you put me on hold for over 5 mins 🙄 find a different line of work.

This AutoZone is not even worth a trip anymore. Worst customer service I had yet at this location. The manager here, Kendra, should not even be a manager. Poor service and poor communication. My husband and I needed to return a battery, get a refund, and get our core charge back. We were first helped by an AutoZone employee but he needed the managers help to refund the battery. We waited about 5 minutes before getting helped, which was fine. She said she was going to go look for the core charge, and we began waiting again. 10 minutes passed and I soon realize that she left us to go help other customers rather than looking for our core charge. 20 minutes goes by and another employee tells us to move from our station so he can help someone else. We were still being "helped". Waiting to see if our core charge was coming and STILL waiting on my return. I ended up having to say something out loud to get their attention, and finally they did our return process. A 30 second process took more than 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Won't be coming back to this location. Management should make a change.

Not for auto and trucks in the pov range. You only see battery post differences in motorcycles and heavy trucks.
They're usually open on the weekends and a clothes for major holidays. I don't think tomorrow is considered a government holiday.
Probably as long as not a chipped key around $50
One million dollars 🤔 sorry I had to lol. Depends on the vehicle and year Stephanie.
