I have a bad experience in this O'rally auto parts. Very bad customer service, especially an employee named Marcos, very bad attention, he needed to do a rotor job, and he did not give me the correct information and he did not want to do it either, he said he had to wait another day, when he could do it because he was not there doing nothing, he played with his phone. I had to visit another store in La cholla and River with a much friendlier staff. In this store (Prince and Oracle) there is NO kindness to customers, Marcos should not serve customers, he is not a kind person. Please store manager, check your workers that they are doing their job correctly. Thank you.

Mostly friendly, and knowledgeable most of the time. I have had an experience or two with staff not too friendly and staff flat out lying to my face. I still frequent O'Reilly's because they have what I've needed or been able to get it for me. As helpful as I need them to be. I am sure I will call upon them for assistance again.

Had to replace my alternator on 1/21/22. Great service with loaner tools. Matthew was a big help with a couple of items I needed help with while replacing it. Had a nice device to plug into the disgnostic port with power to the ECM so it didn't lose memory while I disconnected battery power. Highly recommend and thank you.
