Quick, friendly service. The cheese crisp was delicious, very cheesy and flavorful beef. It's big enough to share as a meal and very reasonably priced.

This is a great little restaurant. Open since 1939 so you know it's good! They give you a jar of honey for the sopapilla and the cheese crisps are excellent.

We have never had a disappointing meal in the 20 years we've been eating here! You must order a cheese crisp to start! Our favorite is with green chili added. The chips are light and crispy and paired with a perfect salsa with just enough kick and lots of flavor. Their entrées are fresh and flavorful and the service friendly and attentive. If you have a chance, eat at El Minuto!

Wait outside for waiters . They only let you in if they have a vacant table. Seating is more than 6 feet from any adjacent table. All are masked up. Safe
