Went into this cleaner because I had a dress for my grandmother that needed to be cleaned. She passed away several hours before I walked into this cleaners and I needed the dress for her burial at the VA on Monday. Our family normally stays away from this place because they lost my baby hat (a family heirloom) when I was a child. The woman behind the counter curtly told me that they are not able to wash the dress and said she was "sorry she couldnt help me". I understood she couldn't have the dress cleaned within the time frame I needed it, but a "sorry for your loss" would have been nice. She was able to say that to the man cleaning when he revealed that he recently lost someone and we exchanged condolences. What happened to customer service?

Love this place n love the people. This place very cleaned n very respectful ppl. This place is worth going to to do your washed even if it's a travel for me.
