This dunkin needs to clear all workers out and start over, especially when you have young adults working amongst eachother that cannot keep their hands off one another, its very inappropriate and I really didn't appreciate my 8 yr old daughter seeing it and thinking that it was ok. Instead of flirting and joking around, Maybe orders would be filled and sent out faster! And then they have an attitude when you tell them about it!!!!! Ridiculous and appropriate!!!!

They always get my order right! Their iced tea does not taste like coffee. Staff are always friendly. Best Dunkin around!

I paid $7 for a large iced latte with almond milk. It was very light colored and tasted like plain milk. I asked if they could add a little espresso for me and thought it would be no problem because it clearly lacked coffee. And at that price, it's important that the customer actually enjoys their coffee, right? Wrong. Cashier and then the manager told me they "can't give me something for free" and I'd have to pay another $1.60. I'm honestly baffled by this level of poor customer service. They think they're selling us liquid gold in a cup or something. Do I really have to pay $8-9 for a single coffee? How much would the espresso have cost them, pennies? I really don't appreciate it.
