This is the second time coming to this location. It was a bad experience, the carbon was out so the drinks were flat. The cashier Jade C. did not let us know before purchasing the meals. When we got our food, the fries were cold and the burger was barely warm. I asked for no onions, but I got onions. My husband wanted extra pickles but there weren't any on his burger. Jade C was obviously overwhelmed by the online orders because she yelled "Why are there so many Godd*****online orders?" When she did this a customer walked out. We will not come back to this location as long as she is there.

Waited for my food for ten minutes (NO PROBLEM), take food home (<2 miles/5 minutes max), AND the meat patty was room temperature upon first bite! This is the 3rd time in a year (only 3 times i've been, due to food quaility). I will never go to Burger King, because they like to pre cook meat. I've asked twice before; WHY is Whataburger doing this now. One of the three times, I was never given a receipt and customer service wanted to argue about my lack of receipt instead of my bad order. I have a bank statement?

I walk in with the coupon posted, and the cashier puts in my order as a sandwich, a medium fry, and a medium Dr. Pepper shake. When I asked him whether I can have the medium soft drink instead (notice that nowhere on the coupon does it say it must be a shake), he tells me it has to be a shake but he can give me a soft drink instead. In other words, he can give me a soft drink for the same price as a shake (a shake costs $4.79, a soft drink costs $2.19). I told him no that's fine and begin to walk away, and somehow he didn't get that walking away means I don't want the items anymore, and he responds by continuing to say to me that it'll be $8.95. I had to tell him that when I said no that's fine, I mean "no that's fine cancel the order." I won't be returning to this location.

Good big burger. Wish they had one closer to my area but when I'm near one I try and go. I went to the one on speedway today and they were busy but got my food pretty quickly delivered to my table. Some employees up front were chit chatting and I heard a profanity or 2 which would have bothered me if my son was with me,but I was alone. The parking is sort of tight but I managed. Couldnt get any wifi signal either,which is always a negative.

Curbside or drive-in . Counter service with mask. No dine-in.
It keeps germs and bacteria from spreading. Plus, the kitchen area is so small the employees get too hot. If it's really uncomfortable, talk to the manager. I don't think it's company policy...
