I just when to drive thru 10min again young girl in the drive thru skiny with glasses is rude I won't be going back at this time she works I ask for spice ketchup and she said only 2 per order and closed the window all fast and rude I even told her and her face she was rude

This is my go to location. Today I had the pleasure of having Jasmine take care of me at the drive thru. She was so polite and courteous. Plus she also told me I looked beautiful today. 😊 Yummy biscuits and gravy! Quick, fast and friendly service... Go say hi. This place is fine. I'll go here because it's close to my house but it's definitely not a top choice (even when I'm just talking about fast food). When we went today, my fiance's burger was wrong (a classic burger with lettuce and mustard instead of a mushroom swiss). The order was correct on the receipt so they probably gave us the wrong one. Service was also pretty slow.

It may have been a bad employee. Call the corporate office and let them know. I've eaten at Whataburger for years and never had an issue like this.
