Stayed for a week. They have a lot of fun games and activities to do. In the area is a McDonalds, CVS, and Speedway Gas station within walking distance. The bus stop is out front of the resort, so you don't have to go far to get transportation anywhere. The Gym, Pool and Hot tub closes at 10 nightly. There is a refillable water tank in the gym and they give you a water jug in the room. Stove top cooking, microwave, full size refrigerator and dish washer helps make your stay more enjoyable. Also the Laundry center to keep your clothes clean at no extra charge.

First and foremost, I want to Thank, wholeheartedly, the entire staff at Varsity Club. I was in Tucson on an incredibly tough mission involving family. The entire staff, especially every member of the front desk, were absolutely remarkable. The rooms are nice. The facilities were clean and accommodating. The morale and boost very much helped us through the two weeks. Thanks Varsity Club

Absolutely loved staying here. Staff was unbelievably friendly and professional, except for the receptionist that worked nights, (never spoke to me or looked up from her book as she essentially tossed the fitness center key across the counter to me when asked for it,) but I won’t let one bad apple spoil the bunch. The rest of the staff went above and beyond to create an amazing experience during my stay. Fitness center was compact but was completely adequate. The hot tub and pool area is amazing, spent loads of time out there. The rooms are wonderful, the king sized bed was so soft. No complaints, would stay here again and again.

Excellent place, convenient location on major thoroughfare. The suite aspect is especially great. Heated outdoor pool, convenient amenities like a laundry room and some game tables. It was my first time in Tucson, for a 3 night weekend stay and varsity club was well priced and the kitchenette saved a lot of money not dining out EVERY meal.

Does it offer a lounge/restaurant?

There was no lounge/restaurant and the doors shut at a certain time, so basically everyone has to announce themselves. I did see a couple of grills outside but again , at a certain time no one is allowed back there
