My overall experience is a 3 out of 5 and let me explain why. First let's start with the food: **** Waiters: ** excellent restaurant and quality. Unfortunately the service is very standard if your are not a members or part of the community I guess you have the "standard" service. You will wait for drinks (even had to go directly to the bar to order a one point), the food and the check. They add a 22% service charge (I am fine with it) what and I am not fine with is the waiters that expects at least another 15% on top. Which in my mind is a lot. The resort; **** Great spot , tennis courts, golf course, pool, swimming lane. This is why you would choose this location. The room:*** The room are quite large, they have a desk and a small kitchen feel like a 1 bedroom appartement. Unfortunately we had a water leak in the living room. It is very strange for an hotel to not offer anything as a compensation for the inconvenience. We had to ask for it which feel like begging and it was annoying. At 300-350$ per night I could expect 4 stars services... Finally staff, staff was very nice, polite and dedicated (except the waiters). The final question would I return, This is a big maybe. I would definetly look around for similar location et amnesty before booking again.

My family and I were told that we had a room for 3. When you have a room for three you would think two beds correct? We got one king bed and “pullout couch” it turns out we needed a cot brought up to the room for my dad to sleep on. My dad ended up coming to the bed with my mom and I in the middle of the night because the cot was hard as a rock. Not to mention the rooms being super old and outdated and having a very strong bad smell. After one night here we ended up leaving because of the poor experience.

Outstanding stay, incredible staff (shout-out to Johnny at The Grille). Lost a necklace and the staff found it, and I received it at lost and found - so appreciative!! Beautiful large rooms. Quiet. Excellent views. Open, airy. Nice pool and large jacuzzi. Thought we would use the kitchenette to cook but the hotel restaurant was so high quality and well priced that we ate meals there. Just a lovely experience and a good value!! Thank you!

There were a lot of really good points about this place. It would be 5 stars if there weren’t a couple of things. The rooms are gorgeous- the property amazing. Great views for sure. There were 2 things that I wasn’t thrilled about- the first was that we were right by a bunch of construction. The hot tub was being redone. There are houses or town homes being built. Our room was pretty close to that. It made it a little noisier at times, not what I was expecting. The other had to do with the restaurant’s menu. There was a vegetarian option- I am vegan but I also have a dairy allergy, so this usually works, I can just do it without the cheese. The option was less than thrilling considering the price for the plate. It is what it is but maybe more than one option would be great for such a high end place. Otherwise, it was pretty nice. The beds were super nice, the shower was amazing, and the room temp nice and cool!
