Really disappointed - we bought the 15/15 Wing Bundle and all the traditional wings were dry, had practically no sauce, and they tasted stale. The fries were soggy in a bad way, too. Typically B-Dubs does better than this location, major letdown.

Manager at 7:20PM stated that they don’t do curbside if they are really busy (which they weren’t) and the employee said “we haven’t done curbside in months”. Even though my sister did curbside a few days ago.. that’s just lazy and very inconsiderate to those who are high risk and handicap. Why offer curbside on google than? Instead of just bringing my sister’s food out the employee walked around and told all the employees what happened. And all the employees looked confused and looked out the window. Like do your job?? Last time I was here I found Brush hairs from the sauce on my chicken. This place is disgusting and horrible customer service.

Came in to watch the U of A men's sweet 16 game and sat at the bar on the very end next to where the servers get the drinks. Place was packed for the game and everyone was busy! Food was pretty good and the two young ladies running the bar did a pretty good job. I had the cheese curd bacon burger with fries. Reason for the 3 stars is my first draft, the glass looked dirty. You can see the pic posted. This was before I had any food and it was on the inside. The outside felt kinda dirty as well! Also the beers here are never ice cold. I prefer a frozen mug like some of the other establishments have. The garbage can right next to my seat should not be there. It's within arms reach and is disgusting! All of the servers come up and throw food in there from tables. This should be done in the back. Additionally, my check was rung up wrong. I had 2 Barrio and 1 bud light. I was charged for 3 Barrios and im almost certain the bud light cost less. I don't work for the health department but if I did some of the other things I witnessed here would definitely be a violation. I won't be coming back anytime soon!

This is sort of a mixed review. The food wasn't bad just missing parts of our order and very salty to me. We ordered garlic parmesan wings, teriyaki wings (both were supposed to come with fries, missing on both), Mac n cheese, cheese curds, and sweet bbq brisket tacos with chips n salsa ( missing salsa). The wings (both sauces) were good just very salty (husband didn't mind to much) cant say about the fries because they were missing, cheese curds were very good, daughter said the Mac n cheese was good, and the tacos for not having much of a sweet bbq taste, they were good as well. They were either missing the guacamole on them or had such a small amount you couldn't see nor taste it and the salsa for chips was missing. Food was also on time and ready when said it would be. Over all the food was good but for the price we paid and the missing items, we will most likely NOT be ordering again. I'd will say give it a chance tho if you haven't tried them. They are definitely worth a chance.
