We love our floors! We worked with Dylan and he made everything so easy! He was easy to talk to, answered our bazillion questions and concerns and we learned a ton. We’ve had our new laminate and carpet since February…and we still love it. Dylan was great…couldn’t have asked for a better rep! The installers were great! Will definitely be back when we are ready to re-do other rooms. They made the experience of purchasing floors enjoyable.

We had basement flooring installed and worked with Melissa Boehm. She was great! At the home visit, she explained different kinds of flooring and we actually changed direction based on her recommendation. She was very responsive to texts, calls and emails and very helpful. Our flooring was installed in the exact timing we had requested. The installers were very professional and my perfectionist husband was really impressed with their quality of work! We love our new basement floor and would absolutely call Melissa for any future flooring needs!!
