Hotel appearance great. Rooms pretty good, nice and comfy. House keeping forgot to take out a dirty rag in the tub. Called for toothpaste in the morning and they were out of toothpaste. No complimentary breakfast. The "star bucks" they boast of is not a real star bucks. They just serve Starbucks brand coffee no bells or whistles at all.

I had no complaints of our room, aside from seeing a collection of cigarette butts over the ledge of the patio. They do serve breakfast, but I think there was some kind of mix-up when we tried to grab a bite to eat before we checked out. My husband noticed that there were a couple of signs that said "PRIVATE EVENT" next to the food displays. We weren't sure if that meant it was closed off to the rest of the hotel guest. 🐶 There's a $25 sanitation fee per pet you check in if you're only staying from 1-3 nights. If you're staying longer, this fee costs between $75-150. They said they try to keep their guests with pets on the second floor as best they can, but do not put a limit of the amount of pet rooms available.

We had an amazing stay this past weekend! We enjoyed sitting by the quiet hot tub and our hotel room was so relaxing and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also nice and had good options. The location was also perfect. We could walk to anything we desired! restaurants, groceries, target, shopping. We will definitely be back!

The rooms are decent and clean, but the heater/air conditioner didn't work the best. I was not a big fan of the shower soap. The ice machines were empty half the time. The beds are too firm for me, causing my back to be sore each morning. Kids running around in the halls and they don't serve a free breakfast. In my opinion, this hotel is way over priced.
