DIRTY - DO NOT STAY HERE! Several of my coworkers and I stayed here while traveling for business. I thought this would be a nice hotel since it's a Hilton and based on the reviews I read here and the pictures I saw. Our experience could not have been worse. I guess the hotel has taken a turn for the worst! Room service - not good. My room was dusty and had not been dusted in a while. I went to the lake the day before room service. There was sand in the shower after I showered. The sand was still there and untouched after housekeeping came by, which tells you that no one cleaned the shower. I also noticed that they would only occasionally clean the sink because I would still see makeup stains in it after housekeeping came by. Costumer Service - everyone is very nice but that doesn't mean they listen. I had to ask for room service 3 days in a row because they assured me it would be done the following day and it never was. My coworker was so irritated she bought her own bed sheets because she had the same issues. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Holiday Inn next door!!

We've stayed in Hampton Inn s from New England to Tucson and I've loved the predictable comfort and amenities of all of them. This one, located in the sleepy town of Deming New Mexico is my favorite. Clean and well cared for, I especially loved the beautiful potted plants throughout the hotel. The only reason I didn't give it five stars for location is purely subjective. Most people would like to be near easy access to the highway, which this hotel definitely is. However I would have liked to be able to walk easily to the older downtown part of this little charming city. Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️❤️❤️

Power went out and the key card machine stopped working and no one knew who to call to fix it. Did not have access to my room the entire time. The elevator gets stuck regularly according to the staff. The elevator fills as if it’s not correctly installed it shifts. Cockroach are normal in any public place but the willingness no remove the dead ones was not there. Not to keep them away from the food area. Hot tub was open but no jets. When brought to the staffs attention they said it’s been broken for a while.

Positive: The room. It was very clean. The housekeeping staff are obviously really good at their jobs. I was a housekeeper in a Holiday Express for 3 years and I know how hard a job it is. So I appreciate everything housekeeping does to keep the rooms clean. Negative: The receptionist who checked me in was very cold and uninviting. It was very clear that he did not want to be there. The receptionist who checked me out in the morning however was lovely. He was a very helpful gentleman.
