Located in Deming (the middle of nowhere), the small town seems to specialize in lodging. This creates competition which keeps the many hotel/motel options in check with one another. This was a great budget option for us. The bed was more firm than my wife or I prefer. But, we slept ok for the night and the continental breakfast was enough to get us back on the road, in the morning. I think I would stay here, again, especially if they have the best price.

Rooms are nicely appointed with newer decor and comfy beds. Refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer and the complementary breakfast was well hosted with fresh eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, English muffins, etc. Juices, milk, coffee and all the fixings to make your own waffles. Rooms seemed to be quiet from an insulated standpoint. There was a soda and candy machine nearby and ice as well. Small coffee machines in the room. No iron/ironing board. Would stay again!!

Clean, affordable, good breakfasts, friendly staff, comfortable beds. I really enjoyed my stay for the 2 nights that I had booked. The room was a suite with a fold out sofa and I had no complaints. Recommend booking here.

On our cross country trip from North Carolina to Cali and back, we have stayed in tons of hotels. This one was the best. It was so clean and comfortable. I have a bad back and the bed was so comfortable and I didn’t wake up hurting. The sheets were so soft. We stayed in room 310. It looked as if it had been newly remodeled. The breakfast was awesome too. I’m a picky person so trust me if I leave a review this good it’s got to be great. I drove to all the local hotels and viewed the rooms before booking this one. That’s how picky I am 😂. The staff was so sweet too! Amazing stay.
