I have some mixed feelings about this place. First of all, whoever owns this place is like a ghost, no one knows who they are, not even the on-site staff! We did a block of rooms for an event we were hosting in the town, and it was a mess from the very beginning with this place. Rooms got mixed up, cards were charged at least a week before check in, which caused some out of state guests to be declined, and then the hotel said those rooms would be canceled?? On top of that, they only gave a 3 hour notice for us to get a hold of the people that needed to correct the issue! Then, the guy who was working the front desk was not answering the phone!! The ownership/management is way below what it should be, and changes need to be made. Front desk staff should not be able to ignore phone calls or unplug the phone. Once our group started checking in, we had some issues like dead roaches being found in the dresser drawers and needing to move rooms due to accessibility issues since there is no elevator in this hotel. With that being said, the staff on site was amazing and as helpful as they could be. Special shout out and thanks to Marlene, Maryann, and I think her name was D? You ladies were incredible and deserve much more than this place! Marlene - You rocked it and we appreciate everything you did for our group!

Excellent price, room was clean, but on the outskirts of town. If you you want to go eat or anything you have to drive into town. The staff seemed to enjoy conversing with themselves more than with the customer upon check-in. They do not serve breakfast only offer coffee.

Worst service. The staff seemed mad upon arrival and was rude if we asked about anything. In the morning we collected the "breakfast" from the reception. The kid only took his hands out of his pockets long enough hand us the bag. Which contained 4 very small crackers, an apple and a disgusting muffin. We were a big group of people traveling through and none of us could be sustained on that "breakfast". Would never recommend to anyone. Never coming back.

Positive: Location. It's close to everything. Free but 'unsecured' internet. Rooms were good size and clean. Negative: No maid service. Breakfast, if you ask, is a paper bag with muffin, crackers, a squeeze packet of peanut butter, and apple the size of an appricot which was dry and pithy. Also a "small" bottle of water! If you like breakfast, this isn't the place!

I get the feeling that your service dog isn't a real, registered, medical professional prescribed service animal. If it is, you should be more well versed on their permissability (ignorance is shameful). The answer below is spot on. Be prepared to show your paperwork.
We had a wonderful experience with this hotel and no issues whatsoever.
First floor accessible only for wheelchairs, no elevators.
