Never Again

Your ordering system could use some work, why have customers call one number to have the info relayed to the store? That seems very inefficient and makes everything twice as complicated. I spent 7 minutes trying to find my order at your store, as they had mixed it in with deliveries...When I asked to speak to a manager, everyone in the store suddenly became a manager🤥 . They Managers don't know how to answer the phone, or put orders in the right place? So I spent $18 on cold brick cookies, and wasn't even offered the option to reheat them, by people claiming to be managers... If they really are managers they should be ashamed of themselves, they aren't representing your best interests. The cookies are usually good but tonight it was hella medicore.

Got a mixture of cookies, twelve in a box. Each was very good. I love this late night snack!

I've been here a few times now and I've had an amazing experience and a horrible one which was tonight. The 4 cookies I ordered were old and didn't have that warm felt cookie desire by any means. They literally tasted like a cookie sub way had on the shelf for 2 days. For $11 I'd say the cookies are far from worth it.

Dedicated to the two girls with horrible tattoos that were extremely rude the other night. High street is a big street just remember that and you go around talking to people the way you talked to me and my family, people remember that. I wish you luck your gonna need it.... With this company.
