The experience was wonderful. The staff was friendly, accommodating and very personal. The entertainment on Sunday was great with a nice cowboy/gentleman who played the guitar and sang. My only negative comment was I had to clean the ceiling fan because the collected dust was hanging and I was afraid it would end up in our beds and the tile floor in the bathroom and shower was dark gray and I was concerned of fungi. However worth the trip!!!

Amazing experience all around. It felt like an old west main street where we knew the other "locals" and most stopped by to see us off when we checked out. Tavern is amazing and cost is even more amazing. Great food. Friendly Service and very comfortable accommodations. A couple of miles of solid dirt road to the ranch from Tombstone but our Harley handled it fine. Definitely plan to stay again.

This was a great way to capitalize on the Western-themed town of Tombstone when you are staying in the area. The Ranch is set up like an old western town, but each business front is actually the entrance to a room. We stayed in the "Wells Fargo" offices. The Ranch has a fully functional bar with great selections of beer. Visitors are entitled to free pool, and free breakfasts (which were great). There's different activities in the evening, such as poker, or in the day you can set up a horseback riding trip. You can sit out on the boardwalk in front of your room and sit in a rocking chair, take a walk on one of the many paths, or visit the Ed Schieffelin monument, in honor of the founder of Tombstone, which is about a 7 minute walk. Something we didn't know when coming in is that to get to the Ranch you have to leave the paved road and enter onto a primitive road with many rocks and potholes to dodge. So be careful if you are driving a vehicle that might be worse for wear. Otherwise, everyone was accommodating and we would definitely like to return.

My family spent 2 nights here and we had a great time. This ranch is off the beaten path which is what we like. The land and animals are very well taken care of. The property is clean. The people are genuine. My wife and I both went horseback riding and loved it. The property is beautiful and offers some very scenic views. The area where guest rooms are is set up to look like an old town and each shop/bar/jail is a different themed guest room! I don't know if I've ever seen so many stars in the sky. If you stay here you have to make it a point to meet Arizona Bill.

I believe we checked out at 11am as well. I know it was after our wagon breakfast by the fireside.
You can go to dinner wearing shorts. Keep in mind though that the whole hotel is set up more like a dude ranch. Though it is very casual, most of the employees are walking around in cowboy attire. That is not to say you have to dress that way at all, but to give you a better idea of what to expect. The dinner is not like a typical restaurant. You are seated with other hotel guests and are served whatever happens to be cooked that evening.
