So far, I have been able to inspect all of my clients homes withing 48 hrs.
If the home is under 30 years old, an inspection generally takes 3 hrs. If the home is older, it depends on how many owners it has had and the condition. I usually schedule at least 4 hours for a home older than thirty years.
It depends on the time of year. We want an hour of sunlight to be able to inspect the exterior of the home and the roof. So during the winter, I would say 5:30 PM is the latest I get started. And I will start as late as 8:00 PM during the summer.
We include thermal imaging in each inspection free of charge.
