If you have a MyJH account, you can log-in and view your filed tax return. If you donβt have a MyJH account, you can reach out to your local office to see if they have a copy available. If you need a copy of your return from the IRS, you can request a photocopy or a computer transcript. Photocopies and transcripts are free from the IRS. If you need an actual copy, complete IRS Form 4506 and pay a $50 fee for your filed tax return and Form W-2.
To get a copy of your Form W-2 or Form 1099, first contact your employer or financial institution. If we used your W-2 to prepare your tax return, you can log into your MyJH account and view your filed tax return including your W-2. If you donβt have a MyJH account, contact your local office to see if they have a copy of your W2 available. You can download Form 4506 at www.irs.gov to request a copy of the return you filed with the IRS.

Have you checked your spam mail? That has been a typical issue with the returns. The other thing is on the sheet your tax preparer gave you, it should list your email address, double check to make sure that is right. In case that it is incorrect, call the office and they will fix it. If you have any other troubles, call the office and they should be able to help you!
