My husband is Venetian and his parents are here visiting from Italy. I was craving Italian pizza so they agreed to get some with me. So we ordered four pizzas to go. All four of our pizzas were beyond burnt. Clearly we understand that there will be burned floured from prior pizzas. I’m so embarrassed because they wanted something else and only got pizza because I wanted it. We completely wasted our money.

Since moving to Laveen over a year ago, we have tried this place at least four times after reading all the fantastic reviews. Service is good, but each time we’ve eaten here, the food just doesn’t seem to live up to the hype. This time, I had ordered their margherita pizza and it was not at all what I had expected. Instead of a margherita pizza, it was more of a cheese pizza with two basil leaves. Not only that, the crust was burnt on the edges and the bottom, along with the pizza being cold and soggy. Very disappointed.

A friend referred me to this place because I was in the mood for Italian, pasta. I came for dinner with my family. Things started off nice. Then the time just kept ticking away and all we had was water. I waited 20 min for house bread that was hard and did not taste good. I ordered the ravioli. I asked for the special but was told they gave the last plate away. If the food is fresh every time why couldn’t I get a fresh plate? Anyway I get the plate and it’s just tossed around in olive oil. It was room temperature and chewy with 4 pieces of dry ravioli. It just seemed like I was eating olive oil. that was the first thing. I asked for a house margarita I got the drink with a grapefruit. A GRAPEFRUIT!!!!!! The waitress try to play it off and walk away. When I asked if that was a grapefruit I’m told yeah because there’s no more lime. Then give me a lemon not a damn grapefruit. Better yet just let me know. I’ve never had someone put that in my margarita. My girl had the meat balls. They smell like the taste of dog food (think about that for a second) I could go on and on but I’m sure I said enough. My bill was almost 90$ I paid and left a tip but I for sure will not give this place another shot. I would have enjoyed my food if I had went to Wendy’s.

Alright 1st time here, we came for our Anniversary (definitely over dressed, we thought it was a bit more upscale but pretty casual), Saturday night of course there is a wait, so no problem (place seemed bigger but was smaller then expected). The food was impeccable, the service was outstanding, drinks AMAZING, server was knowledgeable and gave amazing suggestions as well. We will be back for sure. Thank you 😊
