Really poor service here. Have only gone here 2 or 3 times and always amazed they're still in business. No one appears to have been trained on customer service.

Always a good place to shop. Incredible prices. You can find a lot of things there which aren't available in other stores. I have a strong dislike for those pick a size paper towels. Big lots seems to be the only store in town that sells the regular size old fashioned paper towels. They also have a lot of snacks and candies that you don't see in supermarkets or drug stores.

This place is clean inside and out front for it being where it is..the staff always helpful and willing...needs more items to serve the large public area they are in
