This was my first time into this location. Overall my experience was mediocre. I ordered a 3 piece combo meal, using a coupon. Food was fresh and tasty. The Staff did seem to be lacking customer service. I just didn't see anyone smiling and the tones of voices were shallow and unwelcoming. I still have a few coupons to use so I will be back to see off it was just a low energy day.

Very good food! Cole slaw was the best I've had anywhere. It's always a pleasure when you see the staff doing their best to make sure your happy with the product. Good job Popeyes

Last Sunday the drive-thru here was long and slow moving. I saw the employees constantly walk in and out the back door to walk to circle k and the manager came out and was visibly frustrated and looking for her employees. I think this whole staff needs some training on respecting their manager. It was obviously busy and the staff seemed to be doing their own thing. Also, they are constantly forgetting items in my order. Last time they forgot to put a large side in my bag for a family meal. I will make it a habit to check my bag before I leave because it happens a lot. I like popeyes food and would rather support my local Popeyes but being in line for an hour and a half isn't acceptable. I'm going to drive to the Tempe location to avoid the issues at this one.

I ordered 5 pc's of chicken . Small pc's dry and over cooked. It look like they gave me a sample .. very disappointed The 5pc's the gave me count for one Pc at KFC There biscuits is also very small . First and last time. Never again . The slice of French Fries was bigger than the leg..see for your self
