A couple of weeks ago I order the a flat paint instead of an eggshell on-line. The next morning I called and Jessica in customer service was my guardian Angel that day. She went out of her way to make sure my order had the correct modifications with the approval of her supervisor Eli. Both of you are a great asset to Lowes. I visited early around 0830 and easy parking and mild lines. They had two self service lines open which were packed (around 4 people in line and using the registers) and two registers by the contractor area. One of them was helping a customer (taking awhile but the customer was an elderly gentleman and they were on his online account via his cell phone) but the other cashier was helpful and quick. So overall a good short visit with employees helping customers and lines were acceptable.

Lupe and Madison were so helpful got the gazebo I wanted and an outdoor cooler. We didn't wait long to get helped at all. This location was filled with employees that we so knowledgeable thank you!!

Dogs are allowed here as long as they are on a leash and well behaved. Military discounts exist here as long as you apply with them on the side and have a phone number to give them Their spray paint selection is the best on the east side as they always have stock and are always bringing in new colors. Other hardware stores and places that sell spray paint don't come close to the color selection here. Knowledgeable staff helping me out when I had to purchase a riser for my laundry machine. Helping me get one 2 weeks from now vs 5 months from now and help me in finding the serial number on my machine so I was buying the right one. The Lowes app is also very user friendly in letting you know if the store has the item you want in stick and where to find it exactly in the store to make your shopping easier instead of walking around looking and looking.
