It was just so, so. Very dated rooms. The lobby gave the appearance of have been updated. The rooms do not. It was very quiet for sleeping. No elevators, You have to schelep your stuff up the stairs

Best Western has friendly staff from Checking-in ,housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast crew. Everyone seemed happy with their jobs and went out of their way to help. Beds and Pillows are comfortable, a lot of receptacles and even a power block on the desk with 4 USB ports and 3 outlets. Now for a few things that need work. The desk is right next to the AC. Cant sit at the desk in room 202 without freezing to death or turning off the AC and sweating to death. No happy medium. I had to plug in the fridge upon check in, not sure why it wasn’t plugged in. Some of the furniture needs to be replaced, functional but in sad shape. The shower head can not be adjusted up and down so if you stand to far back you dont get the pressure you need to take a shower. With that being said I never ran out of hot water no matter what time of day. There are numerous hotels in this town however the Best Wester is in the top 3 to stay at. I travel here once every 2 years and usually stay at the Best Western because of the staff.

Nice clean room with comfortable furniture and bed. Would have given 5 stars but when I took a shower in the morning I was standing on n 3 inches of water in the tub. These are things that the room cleaners should check on a daily basis. Otherwise they rocked it.

I stayed here for three nights and was very impressed. Hot tub, sauna, state of the art fitness center and a pool. The room was spacious and clean with a refrigerator, microwave and very good wifi. It's within walking distance to many good restaurants and has a very good continental breakfast. In addition all of the staff that I encountered were helpful and pleasant. I'd stay there again!
