We checked in due to an emergency, unplanned stop because I-40 and Rt 66 were both closed so we could not get home in the East Mountains. The desk clerk was immediately helpful and the room exactly what we needed in the circumstances. This comes to thank you for your courtesy and for the clean double room that welcomed us. Bed and bathroom, linen presentation, bathroom with soaps and shampoo. It is all too rare to keep an older building as clean and inviting as you have. Doesn't happen by itself -- it's hard work. The staff at this motel are beyond Awesome. Each one has a gentle and kind demeanor. Quite unlike what most of us are used to at motels. I'm dealing with MS issues and memory loss is the most prevalent part at the moment and each one has gone above and beyond, without knowing of my condition.. to be helpful and kind when speaking to me. I don't know about anybody else but when it comes to have a memory loss whether it's Ms Alzheimer's dementia or whatever condition it is you're often hollered at or misunderstood by people when it's not intentional. That is not the case with any of the staff here they were all raised right and I'm grateful. This location has only one way in and one way out, with security that is on point, which mad me feel very safe, the rooms are clean and beds extremely comfortable. The kitchenettes have lots of room and they are not only equipment with a very nice size refrigerator, and microwave but have a stove top too. And the water pressure and temperature from their shower is terrific. I originally thought I reserved a different location. Guess god knew what I needed and put me in the right place. I would definently recommend. It's not the Hilton but it beats out the motel 6 and most other places in other locations. An personally I feel it's location is great. Hwy. Food, stores a few feet away. I enjoyed my stay

They are very friendly and I ran into a snag with my credit card and they were professional and worked with me until it was resolved 👍. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's not a luxury motel but the value and effort they convey is worth considering a night a week or more .

This motel was about what I expected to find in Albuquerque. Virtually all the motels in the town are rated at 2.5 - 3.0 stars out of 5. I would say that the rating is about right. The staff was the best part of the stay. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating, even with a line of people wanting attention. The room was clean and comfortable. Doordash delivered to our room.
