I'm real upset with the way they handle situations. I've been waiting for a month now to get my paycheck. And they have the guts to call me to ask if I want to work with them again knowing they haven't paid me my money... PLAYING WITH MY MONEY IS LIKE PLAYING WITH MY EMOTIONS...

This staffing agency here, is run by very polite people who are more than reasonable and will to help, I strolled in there this morning looking for a job, they walked me thru the onboarding process, followed by a 6 minute saliva drug test, and set me up with a job. Now I make .50 cents shy of $20 am hour and I couldn't be happier.

The rude office staff will be the least of your concerns when working for chartwell. The only respectful and hard working one they had no longer works there (Rambo). Horrible communication and on site support for employees at their placements. Constant problems keeping track of payroll and hours. My placement bumped me up to 14 and chartwell kept me at 13$ while pocketing the extra money for two weeks while chartwell continued to assure me I was at 14 - untill I looked at a pay stub. Once they were caught they said they would back pay me. They did not and I had to ask the placement to force them to do it. It took almost a month to get my back pay. That is just a small example and one of the many horrers that is chartwell. Please go anywhere else.

No stars sorry ass agency. Only agency when you show consistency of wanting to work and looking for work they tell you to stop calling and they will call you when they have work. Staff members are unprofessional and all need to be fired. They suck ASS big time do not work for them. Why should you work your ass off to pay unprofessional dumb asses who sit all day acting like they doing their jobs. I hope Chartwell staffing goes bankrupt or if not out of business TY
