I never meant to be a difficult customer, but I came in looking for paint and they just didn't have the stock to take care of my needs. I mean, can you blame them? Stock is hard to get. However, they made such a valiant effort to take care of me and my project. The Person in charge, Teresa was so helpful along with the entire crew. I would have never expected to be taken care of so well. The best thing I know to do is to continue giving them my business and leave them a review

I love this hardware store. They have had 90% of the hardware I need in rebuilding things. If I stay in my area they will continue to be my 1st go to before I go to the best hardware store in Portland on Sandy Blvd.

The store itself is great I always find what I need. I gave 2 stars because of the female cashier. I walked up to the counter and set my items down like any normal person would. She gave me the worst glare I think I have ever seen in my life and said nothing. Didn't even ask if I had an Ace rewards card , just a cold stare. I've seen this lady one other time like 6 months ago or so and probably wouldn't have remembered her if she didn't do the same thing to me the last time. Very strange way to treat a customer I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels that way. I wasn't going out of my way to post this but Google wanted a review so there it is.

Have a cable lock that is stuck even with correct combination entered. Need to know how to cut the cable, or make it unlock. Have tried everything except WD-40.

Sorry. You should calm them. There is a chance they might.
