I had bad experience with this branch! The employees not helpful like other branch in Auburn and Kent gave me appointment and when I went they told me your appointment it was before one hour and three weeks I tried to make an appointment I can't! that is trouble and I want to change my name they make complicated I gave them my new Social Security and new ID they need old ID I shred it! they are not helpful and no body assist me I went to other branches they are helpful! and help me!!

I had a gentleman helping me with a complicated and time-consuming service. He got the job done perfectly. Not only that, after I drove my car a bit and backed up to the parking spot to take a picture to send someone, he came out of the bank to the parking lot and asked me if something is wrong with the paperwork. Unfortunately, I forgot his name, but I am sure that he recently started working there. A few months likely. I do really appreciate his perfect service and consideration.

I’m really thankful to Mia she is excellent soft spoken and very helpful for others. I got some trouble with my Cheak deposit she help me out with very patient’s I try to find out happened with my Cheak. But no response every time they told me I will call you back but never call me back & as well as nobody took serious about my situation but she made promise to call me and actual she call me back and explain to me every thing what is happened she is such a very helpful person I’m very thankful to her from bottom of my heart!
