Went to drop off clothes for consignment. clerk told me it would take her 15 to 20 minutes to review my basket of clothing and shoes. Clerk left the back room 2 minutes later and never returned. I Waited almost an hour, heard nothing, so peeked my head in the back to find out the Status. Clerk still not around, another person asked what I needed, and I told them I was waiting for someone to look at my clothes. She told me the clerk helping me had reviewed everything, and they were not taking anything. I know that no one even looked at the clothing, because I was sitting right outside the doorway and could see that the basket of clothing had not been touched by anyone. I had beautiful designer items, many unworn with price tags still attached, as well as many Items that had only been worn once. The Items they had for sale in their store were wrinkled, extremely dated, very worn and out of shape. People working here have no fashion sense. Very poor place to sell or shop. No wonder they are closing.

If you have really nice clothes for sell try here. They are really picky so don't take anything or everything .I was over all very happy with my business at this establishment. They got the job done.

This is actually review of my sisters closet in general. They presently have there progressive sale which use to be better. I looked at an item online and it's showing what retail price estimate was and the item I looked at was only 30% off of that price not addition off on what they were selling it for before the sale. I called to ask and most of the people I talked to at the different stores had only been there a short. I believe it use to be additional percentage off of there price not retail. One of the girls I talked to said it changed when they change there websites. It maybe different in the store but watch what you are buyimg online.

I really wanted to like this place so much more than I did. The prices are higher than they should be for not the best selection. The sizes are mostly Xsmall and the styles weren't worth sorting through. They had a pretty organized selection but I found it just looked that way and was not in order at all. Maybe it was covid related inventory which is why I gave them 3 stars. I will try again soon and adjust my review accordingly. I would have otherwise given a solid 2 star.

You can pick either 40% cash or 50% store credit, they keep 50%-60% of the sold value
They take consignments, no appointment needed. Items must be in good condition, and no limit to amount of items you want to bring in.
No, you don't have to have the original purchase price. But the criteria for what items are accepted has changed significantly over the last year. Now the store requires the original retail value of each item to be $75 or more. They are mainly focused on designer labels with a wide variety of categories sold from athletic wear to dressy. All categories of accessories and clothing are carried in the store and rotate seasonally.
Yes! Everything will be 20% off that day as well! Thanks!
I'm sorry. We don't carry traditional dress.
High quality clothing at amazing prices.
Vicky is correct. Typically we accept items that are no more than 5 years old, retail for over $50 and are in good condition. We do make exceptions for stellar vintage items.
Hello Stephanie, Thank you for the question. We do take evening gowns and special occasion dresses. As for wedding gowns, we don't particularly bring those into our inventory but there are other establishments who do take wedding dresses for consignment. Hope this helps!
Yes they do and they don't take knock offs because its illegal to sell them
You can get 45% in cash or 55% in store credit after items sell. Thank you.
You can come in to the store and we'll let you know what you have and what has sold
You can pick either 40% in cash or 50% store credit
Hi there, At this time we only have women's clothing and accessories. We don't have any Mardi Gras masks at this time. We are looking to open a home decor store in the San Diego area soon.
The best thing to do is sign up for their emails!
No, you just go in like a regular store. You don't need an appointment to sell either
Yes. They don't accept "knock-offs" (fake) designer bags but they accept the real designer bags! Sell, sell, sell. 😊
