Worst maintenance ever and they are very rude to tenants no proper maintenance and no proper answer to the questions.

UPDATE: A year later and STILL NO PLAYGROUND!!! Kids still playing in the street yet management is only worried about people parking in front of their apartments which in no way bothers anyone. There are no benches to sit and there are no promised amenities but of course there was a rent increase. God forbid you have to call management. Be prepared to wait on hold for 30 minutes! Floors creak even more! Our days are numbered here. If it was up to me we would have moved already but the husband is sticking it out for the pool…he says it’s the principle at this point… It’s been 3 years and we’re STILL waiting for a playground, pool, benches or anything that was promised. Kids have to play in the parking lot or parents can just stand around in the grass as the kids utilize the sidewalks to ride their bikes since management is too cheap to install benches. The floors now creak in our upstairs unit and the finishes and paint are builders grade cheap. They didn’t think to put a balcony in the front of the house in the 3 bedroom unit which has become an irritant in the summer. And god forbid you own bikes. There is no where to store them. And with the upstairs unit, the front door barely clears the stair railing much to the chagrin of my fingers. What you can expect is a rent increase every year! Nice for a temporary stay but not a forever place.

Try to get a hold of someone is a nightmare, interested in looking for an apartment and nobody answers phones, very bad service. Definitely will be going somewhere else

The only reason I put a star is because I had to. I am extremely upset with their sales office. They were extremely unhelpful & told us multiple times there were apartments available when there weren't any. We got our hopes up multiple times and they truly just want your money. OH also, do not speak with Michelle or let her help you! She was extremely extremely unhelpful. When we walked into the office it was almost like we were interrupting her & she didn't want to help us. She basically threw us some pamphlets & said get out cause it was too difficult to help us & answer our questions. They do not care about you as a person. I never write reviews but I had to because I am extremely displeased.
