This place is a joke! No respect for the patient. They schedule me for a 6:45 am appointment only to make me wait for over an hour before I got to see the doctor. Dr. Sha was ok. Front desk said they do everything old school so no platform to check on refills etc. Which would be fine except they never sent my scripts to the pharmacy. When I called them, I was either put on hold for 25 minutes, got hung up on or just plain did not get through. Pharmacy never got the script. I called them twice. It's been almost two weeks since my appointment and nothing. I just want my darn prescription. This is so frustrating. Back to the drawing board because I am never going back there. Looking for a new Endo

Went all the way to the office only for them to tell me they no longer take my insurance. Effective the beginning of the month. Would have been very nice to get an appt confirmation phone call , so I could have asked them again if they are sure they take my insurance. I left work early for this appt , losing pay..
