Purvi is a great agent, very knowledgeable about local market and buyer needs. She arranged to show us a house which fit our needs and budget, morning of the listing day. Our first impression of the house was positive and we requested to see it for second time with other family members. She promptly arranged for second showing next day. My case was little complicated there was not any permit for basement and we found out a day before closing and she gave a great attention to my case by working with seller's agent and my attorney.
