Not a very knowledgeable buyer, I brought in many trendy brand names items, and none were accepted as "designer brand" even though, I had multiple very high end items. They absolutely wasted my time, making me wait at least 40 minutes and discouraged me from shopping there again. They are snobby, and don't know good taste when it's right in front of their face. The experience was completely disappointing and unsatisfactory.

Had been to several furniture stores looking for a small cabinet . And just couldn’t find what i was looking for. When i walked in i was greeted by several staff members who were busy pulling a chandelier down. I asked which area i should look for the size furniture i was looking for. Patrick introduced himself and directed me to the back corner. I looked around for a few minutes and found the exact piece I was looking for. David came and wrapped up the furniture to keep it safe. The whole exchange was wonderful. And I’ll definitely be going back the next time i need something. :)
