I have had two less then prefect experiences with this RV repair shop, but wanted to give them one last try because they are local. I am sorry that I did. Brought my RV in for maintenance work, which included changing the oil in the generator. Turns out they drained the oil, but forgot to refill it. They did not miss the opportunity to charge me for 2 quarts of oil, even though the generator nameplate states the oil capacity at only .6 liters. End result was that my generator ran for about 30 minutes with absolutely zero oil it, causing irreparable damage. I wrote to them and provided a photograph of the dry dipstick. Absolutely no response. Not refilling the oil: an honest mistake. Charging me for 2 quarts when it called for less than 1: downright dishonest. Not responding to my letter to the service manger: disrespectful and unforgivable.

I HIGHLY do not recommend working with these guys. I called this company a month ago to arrange a fiberglass repair on my truck's front fender and they said they could do it. As a result, I asked them to make an estimated cost of repairs and for this we brought a truck to them for one hour for a preliminary assessment of damage and quotation. After that they sent me an estimate and pictures of damage to my e-mail, and since everything tripled me, we began to set a repair date so that we could make a free window for repairs. Mike Montgomery told me that they were too busy and the next repair date could be no earlier than 4 weeks, which I agreed to. SO: We brought the truck in a month after our conversation (on time, our scheduled day) and they said that this estimated price does not work because it was made by an incompetent person who does not know anything about working with fiberglass and the price will be increased at least twice and also they can start work on my truck in two weeks but not at the scheduled day! They ended up taking one month of my time and doing nothing. I just took truck from them because I don’t have one more month to wait and who know how they will increase price more. From my side I did everything to work with them but so.. Also when I called to their office they said everyone is busy and they cannot answer me 1. They made a false estimate. Maybe to just make us come to them 2. They changed the terms of the repair by increasing the start of the repair by two weeks If you want just waste your time, you can call them. If not, try to find other service

Great Old School Service!! My wife is on a trip with her mother and aunt. This is our first RV and our first trip. She started having brake controller issues a couple of hundred miles into the trip. We found PWI online and pulled in for emergency help. As the husband who couldn't make this first trip all I can say is WOW! These folks somehow managed to get my wife in and quickly diagnosed and FIXED the problem. This was a crazy good outcome given how busy everyone is right now. AND... No charge for the three gals stuck in Vancouver!!! My sincere thanks to the folks at PWI. I will do everything in my power to recommend and promote this company!

This company is customer oriented. Most RV. shops when called with a problem will say you can get an appointment 3-? weeks out. In the past 3 years I have readied my coach for a vacation and found a problem. Called Dee told her my situation and was told to bring it in. Twice they fixed me up that day, once I left it and the next afternoon the problem was solved. All the work I have done there is first class and a fair price. They have a new owner who I met and told me the goal will continue to be TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER. I just today got my new to me coach back from a repair job they fixed for 1/2 as quoted to me by another shop in Vancouver. Rev. Bob Synoground Dec. 9, 2019

They do everything. If u want to give them a call I'm sure they can handle ur leaky roof.
I suspect any of the RV repair places can tell you where to purchase the oil and filters, you just need the make, model and engine type you have for the RV. You should be able to look up the onan filter online.
Not sure what exact problem is with your trailer as this is a google search. But your best bet is probably going to be to give RV PRO a call in the morning and explain your situation and I'm sure they can help.
Minimal engine work...oil changes, tune ups...lube oil filter etc.
