Overall the apartment amenities are nice and well-kept. However, the office staff are not professional and working with them can be challenging. As other people have noted, keep pictures and notes on every interaction with them and come to accept that they will not return any of your deposit even if you clean your apartment thoroughly. They also won't properly tell you if they've already given your apartment up to new leasers. We were a few days past our 60 day notice (only my roommate received an email and I did not) and without warning our place was already given to someone else. In summary, I give this place two stars because the apartments are large, they used to be well-priced, and the amenities (like the gym area and pool area) are fantastic. If you can accept the poor character and judgement of the office staff, then its a fine place to rent.

I had issues with the manager of the property and our 30-day notice to vacate, but it was resolved professionally by the VP for Sentinel Corporation. My advice to anyone looking at these apartments is that they are very nice apartments, but clearly document and keep copies of notices, condition of the apartment upon moving in and out of the property.

My family and I lived here for 2 and a half years, and were treated horribly. For residents who always did what they were asked, the last year and a half we lived there was miserable. We were charged over $1,000 for general wear and tear, after living there for TWO years. All this place cares about is taking any and all the money that they possibly can from you. I do not recommend anyone to rent here.

Before I start this, I want to note that these things that I am going to complain about are in the lease that I signed so that's all they will use against me. I came here for an internship and I wish I could've rejected that ridiculous lease policies, but I needed a place to live!! And so I have been living here for a month and have had the worst luck!!! I have had two notices put on my door, first time was about smoking marijuana... and I proved that it wasn't me because I was working that entire day but they assumed it was me.... next I get a notice on my door about having a dog. Now they advertise that dogs are welcome and how they have a dog park, but dogs are not welcome. I had a friend's dog come visit and a maintenance guy snitched on me and I had to pay a whopping $300 fine for it. I'm a college student! They also have a dog weight limit which is just sad, 35 lbs or less full grown weight... Basically I think the policies here are ridiculous and I feel like I'm in a dorm being watched constantly. I don't feel comfortable in my own home. Or wait, this isn't my home, this is their home and we are just visitors waiting to get fined about something.
