I moved in June 2021 and I have enjoyed living here at Stone Canyon. The grounds are always clean parking is always available my space is great too and the neighbors in my building are super nice and quiet. My only dislike is I'm not a weed smoker but I tend to smell it in my apartment and it makes me a little nauseated but,people pay their rent and they have the right to smoke if they choose but overall I rate Stone Canyon Apartments a 8 out of 10. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and co-workers. A satisfied tenant .

Stone Canyon is a Beautiful Facility with very efficient Staff. I LOVE the Year Round HEATED Outdoor Pool! The property is located in the perfect area right off Parker Rd and close to Lincoln. I can see the Majestic Snow Capped Mountains from my entrance! I am So Happy to call this Place Home! And at night you can see the Lights on the Huge Christmas Trees out in front of the Property!

I've lived at Stone Canyon for 2 years now, and it's been mostly good, as with every place you ever live, there's going to be pros and cons. Here I will list a couple of both. First pro, the price/location is near unbeatable. The sq ft. To price is great, plus most plans give you multiple storage options, and in my case, a den. If you were to search for another property with the same features, you'd be hard pressed to find something even close to Stone Canyons price. Second pro: The services the staff provide is second to none, many amenities, plus the staff themselves are accommodating, caring and thorough. The maintenance staff are much of the same, quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. First con: a standard fee that's a part of rent is a Trash Valet , a 25$ charge to get your trash taken out. For some, this is a pro, if you're elderly especially. But for me, it's a waste of money, and you cannot take it off your rent. Second con: in my particular location, noise is a problem, screaming kids/people revving their overly loud cars. There are quiet hours and its usually fine after that time, but if you're looking for constant quiet, you may be out of luck if you don't get a place in the back. All in all, this is a solid place to live, absolutely worth the price if you're on the fence about a place to live.

We have come back to Stone Canyon to live. The apartments are nice and the price is right. But the main reason we came back is for the people. The maintenance staff is great! They are always timely and do a great job with any repair plus they keep the grounds clean and nice. And the office staff is amazing!! If I have any questions, the staff is always there to help. The community staff is wonderful and I appreciate working with them when is comes to packages, or maintenance, or just a question. I feel safe here and everyone here seems very happy. It's a GREAT place to live!
