We have aluminum frame windows from the 70s. We came home from vacation to learn from the house-sitter that "somehow" a bathroom window was broken. To replace the entire window, as estimated by several window sellers, was going to cost over $350 for the window and "at least" $150 to install it. To make the window was going to take weeks. That was the only way, it seemed, it was going to have to be, but all we needed was to replace the glass. Oh, and everyone was "booked" more weeks. I kept searching. Vancouver Glass was next on my list to call that morning. Scotty answered. He had the opaque glass. "I can have it cut and ready today by 2 PM," he said. I gave him the "green light" to go ahead. He called me 15 minutes later; it was all done and ready for pickup. He even "walked me though" some steps he's learned in his "47 years in the business" to make my little project turn out successfully. What a neighborly way to work!

Employees are very rude and inconsiderate. Now looking at other poor reviews here, I'm not surprised. One employee rang my doorbell even though there's a sign covering the button saying "Please knock. Babies sleeping." If you want to continue your efforts in contacting the residents, don't do the one thing that's listed not to do! Knock or try calling a phone number! Very unprofessional.
