Lived there 6 years. The management changes constantly. Apartments are small. Grounds are flooded and attract mosquitoes during the summer. The maintenance men are super friendly and helpful.

Started off as just what I needed but after 4 years things are shady managment is not the best and I can't wait to move. They give no privacy and look for any way to make money off of you as well as they are very poor at taking charge when things happen such as vandalism or maintenance repairs. I could go on and on. What once was a blessing to me and my children has turned into the opposite..

I was seriously looking into applying for one of these apartments. I read the reviews and kinda cringed at them. What made it official that I wouldn’t apply, is one of the 5 star reviews. The woman who posted and gave five stars made it sound like everyone’s opinions were wrong and when I looked her up on Facebook, I found she was a realtor in the area. To me it sounded like she was trying to make a buck. If that’s how this place runs, I’m out. Nope and I’ll be keeping my application thank you. Smh

I love this place!!! There`s nothing wrong with the washer and dryer hook-ups and the walls are not thin at all- If you are a quite and calm person who likes to come home to a calm property than this is the place for you!!
