Just moved in a couple weeks ago. Leasing agents are amazing. Disappointing that they’re painting the charming brown brick to an ugly gray and white… looks like a prison complex, also the towel racks fall off and things like the baseboards are poorly installed and do not look good. Gaps under the doors are almost 3 inches. Very over priced because of these issues… Had to add the laundry mat is being removed. There are washer and dryer hook ups, but the laundry mat was a plus. I’d recommend waiting to move here as it seems a lot of changes are happening you may not end up wanting. Not nice enough to be paying this much.

Charged $900 for 2 rooms of carpet cleaning that were spotless $1400 cleaning total. The place was left in perfect shape.. Do not move in here, you will pay.. Not allowed to have carpet cleaned yourself, so they can hang you.. I had no animals and my place was so clean🤬🤬

I had a great experience here, the town homes are great and spacious. Carrie Sweet, the leasing agent that helped us in our search was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about the properties and very kind and understanding. She was able to answer all of our questions and really help us feel at home! If you are looking to live here make sure to talk to Carrie!

We moved into these townhomes in October of 2020, and moved out in December. Although we weren't there for very long, we never had any problems with anyone or anything while living here. I'm not sure where the negative comments are coming from, but in my opinion, the rules stated in the lease agreement are what make this place super nice to live in. It was extremely well kept at all times, and the residents are all very cool and friendly. Being able to have our fur baby with us was THEE deal-closer in us choosing to live here, and the dog parks are a HUGE perk!! The mountain views are gorgeous as well. Kaitlin helped us with our move-in, and was very friendly and extremely easy to work with. The office staff are super friendly and easy to work with as well! All in all, great experience! Thanks you guys!! :)
